St. Lawrence Cement Inc, sells the final percent of its shares to Holcim Inc, a Swiss based cement company in Hoderbank Switzerland. St. Lawrence Cement changes names to Holcim (Liverpool) Inc. and Carlos Fabio Constructions. becomes .
